Finding the Pathway to Success

Last Thursday at 1:30 pm, the student retreat building housed the FCS sponsored "Pathways to Success". A work-shop/job fair that gave students the opportunity to talk with 9 professionals representing different fields.

Students were able to choose up to 4 of the guest speakers and spend 30 minutes with each of them hearing what they had to say.

Some of the speakers included UM professors like Cindy Wilson and Hollie Cost, among the other guests some of them being alums from Montevallo.

Dr. Donna Bell hopes to make this an annual event, and the students agree with her. So here's hoping that this is the birth of a new event that will become a staple in the FCS curriculum.
